For Registrations and Bar Code Tickets
Agreement with Terms and Conditions. The following terms and conditions apply to every person who establishes an internet connection to Vibes International Music Festival (#vimf2017) via eventbrite.com or PayPal service. By using Vibes International Music Festival (#vimf2017) via eventbrite.com, you are agreeing to comply with all of the terms and conditions listed here. The terms and conditions list here are also in conjunction with our General Info Terms listed on Vibes International Music Festival (#vimf2017) Terms listed in all areas apply.
Changes in Terms and Conditions. Events produced by United Contract and management Inc., have the right to change or discontinue any feature of Vibes International Music Festival (#vimf2017) and/or change the terms and conditions for using it at any time. Such changes shall be effective immediately upon notice. Any use of Vibes International Music Festival (#vimf2017) via eventbrite.com after that notice shall be considered acceptance of these changes.
USES AND REFUNDS: No refunds or exchanges for any reason. In the event that the unusual happens and conditions make it impossible for the festival to take place, the festival will be rescheduled. Although there will be No Refunds, your tickets will be honored at the rescheduled event.
LIABILITY: Anyone who attends the events produced by United Contract and management Inc., does so entirely at their own risk and will hold the following organizations and individuals harmless and not liable for any bodily injury or personal property loss any time prior to, during, or following the Festival. This list includes but is not limited to United Contract and management Inc., s, any company we are associates with or partners with, plus all Directors, Officers, Staff, volunteers, vendors, sub-contractors, suppliers, and any other entities involved in the production of the events produced by United Contract and management Inc.,
PHOTO/ AUDIO/ VIDEO: Content such as photos, audio and video will be captured during the entire event produced by United Contract and management Inc., Much of this content may be used in the future for promotional purposes. By attending the Festival, you are giving up any rights you might have with regards to these photos and will be deemed as having given permission for use of the same.
NATURAL DISASTER: In the event that the unusual happens and conditions make it impossible for the festival to take place, the festival will be rescheduled. Although there will be No Refunds, your tickets will be honored at the rescheduled event.
THE PROGRAM IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE: Occasionally, due to illness or some other reason, a speaker or musician may have to cancel or change the time of their appearance. The event produced by United Contract and management Inc., does not guarantee that the program will happen as advertised, and is permitted to make changes and substitutions as it deems best.
DAY TICKET HOLDERS: Day tickets are valid from 8:00am – midnight.
PARKING: There is a $5 per vehicle, per day, parking fee for BRP is required per person
RAFFLE TICKET FOR GIFT CARDS AND CAR: A limited number of tickets (5,000 or more) tickets must be sold by August 31, 2017 or else all raffle tickets purchase will be subject to refunded. If however the festival receive contribution from sponsors and supporting companies the event will continue as planned even if less tickets are sold.
WRISTBAND AND TICKET WARNING: You will be sent Bar-code tickets by email once your order is processed. Please keep them in a safe place and remember to bring them with you. These tickets and vehicle passes should be distributed prior to leaving for the event, in case you get separated or arrive at different times. You will receive your wristbands at the gate after your Bar-code tickets are scanned and verified. By wearing these wristbands at all times during the festival, you are showing that you have registered properly. There will be a replacement fee if you lose or forget your wristbands while on site. Please treat these wristbands with special care, as the wear and tear of the festival life can be hard on them. Remember they have to survive four days of sun, sweat, dust and showers!
PAYMENT METHODS: Credit Cards: You may pay by credit card no matter which ordering method you use (Internet or phone). At the time your order is placed, the event produced by United Contract and management Inc., obtains a pre-approval from the credit card company for the amount of the order. Credit card billing occurs when your order is confirmed. The event produced by United Contract and management Inc., accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. A service charge is applied for orders by credit card that use the print at home ticket. A 6% per ticket fee is applied to all Mail-in orders. PLEASE NOTE:
We are unable to accept credit cards issued by banks outside of the United States. – Debit cards and check cards have daily spending limits that may substantially delay the processing of your order. The United Contract and management Inc., requires the credit card security code for your card for any telephone or online purchase. The credit card security code is an individual three- or four-digit number specific to your credit card that may be printed on the back of your card, on the signature panel (if Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover). Asking for and confirming your credit card’s security code helps validate that you – and only you – are in the possession of your credit card and protects you from unauthorized use of your account. Checks: The United Contract and management Inc., accepts personal checks, business checks, cashier’s checks and money orders as valid forms of payment. SALES TO END USERS ONLY: Events produced by the United Contract and management Inc., partner with Eventbrite to sell and email the tickets to purchaser only.
TICKET ORDERING & SERVICE FEES: Service Fees are non-refundable. For tickets ordered for the United Contract and management Inc., s through approved and normal ordering procedures, in the event of a postponement there will be No Refunds, your tickets will be honored at the rescheduled event. Service fees under all circumstances are non-refundable.
PROOF OF PURCHASE: Eventbrite will automatically send a confirmation of purchase along with bar-coded tickets via email. SHIPPING and DELIVERY METHOD: All orders will have an email delivery method. Please be sure to check spam and junk folders.
ORDER PROCESSING: Email Print at Home tickets: If you have chosen the email delivery method, your order is sent to the email you provided at the time you place your order. You will receive a confirmation of your order and a link to print out tickets and other important information. This process is same day. Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need and full payment or a full authorization, in the case of credit card. Orders placed on the weekend or on a holiday will begin payment processing the next business week. Unanticipated changes in processing can affect overall processing. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays. Events produced by United Contract and management Inc., and Eventbrite makes every effort to ship your tickets in a reasonable time. Although every effort is made to ship your order in the time provided, shipping dates may change due to changes in processing.
